The RED LAB Handheld Unit is a portable, rechargeable device consisting of 36 LEDS with 3 settings: Red Light, NIR & Blue Light (great for acne); Red Light & Blue Light and Red Light & NIR. Once fully charged, the device can be targeted (held 5cm away) at any area of the body requiring treatment. Several treatment areas can be covered, to a maximum of 60 minutes per 24 hour period. This is the ideal entry-level device for those looking for a cost-effective solution with broad-spectrum results including anti-aging, acne treatment, pain relief, scar and wound healing, and the treatment of muscle spasms or injury.

Setting recommendation:
- S1: Red Light, NIR & Blue Light (great for acne): Great general use, not recommended at night
- S2: Red Light & Blue Light: Tailored to sensitive skin, NIR might cause mild irritation
- S3: Red Light & NIR: Best use for night time, best to avoid blue light.
Standard Treatment: 10-minute treatments at 5cm from your device is optimal. 15-20 minutes for symptomatic areas may be beneficial, but beyond that, the evidence points to diminishing returns (your cells can only absorb so much light at once).
How Often: To get the most out of your Red Lab treatments, consistency is key. We recommend onc daily use. However if you are using the device to recover from an injury, twice is recommended.
