WARRANTY & RETURNS
All RED LAB devices are covered by a 3 month out-of-box failure warranty. The warranty covers all parts and labour during the warranty period. The buyer is responsible to return the device to RED LAB within the warranty period. The warranty shall not apply to equipment that has been abused, modified, damaged, fitted with substitute parts, or used without a surge protector. RED LAB shall not be liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience caused by any failure of its products. If the device is repaired or replaced, RED LAB reserves the right to provide parts in different colours to the original device.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE
- Any condition resulting from use other than for which the product was intended
- Any condition resulting from inadequate care or maintenance
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or shipping damage
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage during transportation
- Damage incurred during assembly
CLAIM PROCEDURE
- Claims for defective devices must be made in writing within 3 months of date of invoice to info@redlab.co.za
- Any out of box failures must be reported within 1 x week of invoice
- Any claim for defective return devices must be packed in original packaging
- We reserve the right to specify that items be returned for inspection
- Photographs or videos, as well as invoices are required to validate claims
